“That Moment When…” refers to the countless sentimental memories that we all make at our homes.
That moment when you throw your first dinner party, 
That moment when your child takes their first steps, 
That moment when you explore the hidden gems in your neighborhood.
This campaign prompts viewers to recall similar heart-warming stories of their own. As a real estate team, DMG understands that a home is more than just a home; it is a place where lifelong memories are made. That is why DMG agents work tirelessly to find their clients the perfect home so they can continue to build everlasting memories.
The "That Moment When..." campaign was published in numerous magazines spanning throughout the Western suburbs of Chicago, to the North Shore, and all the way to Florida. The campaign extended beyond magazine ads to mailers and a cohesive social media series.
Throughout 2021, the "That Moment When..." campaign became a great success. Not only did the campaign tremendously increase brand awareness in each market, but it also contributed to the record-breaking increase in sales. At the end of 2021, DMG’s sales had increased from the previous year by over $210 million, setting a new company record.
