Challenge: Design a book that visually represents the ideas expressed in the collection of essays.
The collection of essays focused on how design and type have evolved as we have moved into the digital realm. I found it important to show recognition of how far type has come over time so I chose to design the book in the spirit of letterpress. The anthology features letterpress styled pull-quotes, colored paper textures, and letterpress ornaments.
