Challenge: Create a poster for Nirvana’s hit, “Smells Like Teen Spirit”.
Since Nirvana was an iconic punk-rock band during the 90’s, I drew inspiration from that era but wanted to keep a modern feel. I used graffiti on a brick wall, and neon signage to achieve an updated grunge aesthetic. Later on, I built out the project to accommodate a Nirvana tour, complete with all tickets, CDs, and more!
